Orders
When you order, we will require your name, e-mail address, credit/debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

A contact telephone number may also be required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

As part of our efforts to insure that you are aware of the latest developments and offers, we may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our site. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an email to info at marissav dot com. Please ensure that you notify us of your preference for each e-mail address that you may have given to us.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and from marissa v. will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it before order is despatched. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
-The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
-Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
-The identification of a pricing or product description error
-You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a Customer Services Representative.

Regarding shipping, if we discover that the cost of shipping your order far exceeds the amount we have charged you, we reserve the right to delay your order. We will then contact you to see if you wish to pay an additional amount, or if you prefer us to cancel and refund your order.

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Contract Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please see How to Order. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email info at marissav dot com or call us at +1 323 640 2088 immediately so we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.

Although we hope you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. Please fill in the returns form that is sent with your order, and post the items back within 14 days of receipt to the below address where we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note:

Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damages in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. from marissa v. cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would urge our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
